At REM & CO, we take pride in the quality and care behind every comfort-core product. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

Returns

 

We accept returns for faulty or damaged items only. To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@remandco.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

 

Items must be:

 

•  Unused and in original condition

•  Returned within 14 days of approval

 

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

 

Refunds

 

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

We do not offer refunds for:

 

•  Change of mind

•  Sale items

•  Delays caused by shipping carriers

 

Exchanges

 

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If your item is faulty, please follow the return process above.
